The KSB Committee has expanded their efforts for the fine artistic beautification of Saginaw Texas. Keep Saginaw Beautiful has recently collaborated with local artist Erica Rosa. Currently, she’s painting three (3) manhole covers in the park to add art, beauty and color to otherwise uninteresting locations in Willow Creek Park.
