Manny Ramirez is an Alumnus of W.E. Boswell High School, Tarleton State University, and Texas Christian University. Manny is an experienced executive, small business owner, and served for more than 15 years as a Police Officer, Detective, and Sergeant. He was recently elected to serve as Tarrant County Commissioner of Precinct 4.
