The KSB Committee has expanded their efforts for the fine artistic beautification of Saginaw Texas and has recently collaborated with local artist Erica Rosa for a project in Willow Creek Park. Recently, she painted a drainage outflow and manhole cover in the park to add art, beauty and color to an otherwise uninteresting manhole cover in spacious Willow Creek Park.
