On Thursday, April 22, Girl Scout Troop #2704 adopted the flower beds between Saginaw City Hall and the John Ed Keeter Library. "Adopt a Spot" is part of the Keep Saginaw Beautiful Committee programs. Thank you so much for the beautification!
