    1. We need YOUR help! Our ongoing goal is to improve customer service and to enable us to contact you in case of an emergency or more quickly to inform you of a water leak. Many customers have had a City of Saginaw water/utility account for years and it's likely that your account information hasn't been updated for some time. Many of our customers now use a cellular telephone as their only phone service and we might not have that number in our system. Also, currently the city offers paper and e-bills. As a result, late notices are sent via email only. Please help us to stay in touch by updating your contact information. We DO NOT give this info to anyone if the account is set as confidential.
