Blue Clear Sky was started in 2007 by Marty White and Dennis Lee with the goal of being the world's best George Strait Tribute Band. Since 2007, 'country music' has changed dramatically and the fans of traditional country and the legends that built the country music genre are quickly being forgotten. So...in an effort to keep traditional country alive, Marty White (who sounds alot like George) started The Marty White Band in 2010 with the goal of keeping the legends alive by playing only traditional country music and bringing it to audiences all over the country. As a result, and since Marty sounds so much like George, Marty White's Blue Clear Sky Show has become the best of both worlds; not only do you get to hear George's hits, you get to hear "George" sing the hits from the other country legends that helped make Country Music legendary! We sincerely hope you can sit back, close your eyes and enjoy your musical journey with Marty out into The Blue Clear Sky where country music still sounds like it used to.
