Keith Reinhart

Keith began his professional career after graduating from college in 1992 as the Recreation Coordinator for the City of Haltom City. In 1993, his career moved to the City of Bedford where he held several positions: Athletic Coordinator (1993 to 1995); Recreation Superintendent (1995 to 1999); and Communications Director (1999 to 2004).

Keith started working with the City of Saginaw as Director of Community Services in February 2004 and immediately began overseeing the construction of the 26,000 square foot recreation center that was opened in June 2004. In 2006, oversaw the construction and helped design the Aquatic Center that was opened in June 2007.

Keith’s responsibilities include the management and direction of 70+ full, part-time and seasonal staff. He manages the following divisions: Community & Economic Development, Animal Services, Recreation Services (aquatics, special events, recreational programs and camps, adult athletics) Senior Services, Beautification, Communications (Website, Marketing/Advertising, Social Media, Newsletters) and Janitorial Services.
