The City of Saginaw Human Resources Department exists to serve the City of Saginaw and its employees with excellence by establishing the staff as a valuable resource while maintaining integrity in compliance efforts. We strive to support city management and staff through employee development and relations, payroll production, policy administration, compensation administration, pre-employment to new hire processing, the management of benefits, workers compensation, and unemployment programs.
